✅ Return Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and products must meet the following conditions:

  • 🔄 Sellable Condition – Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.


📦 Damaged Packaging at Delivery

🚨 If the external packaging is damaged or tampered, do not accept the package. Instead: ✔ Provide remarks on the courier delivery sheet. ✔ Notify us immediately with your order details. ✔ Once received, we will dispatch a fresh replacement.


🚫 Damaged Product or Wrong Delivery
